The role leads sales programs, develops territory plans with the District Manager, and builds lasting relationships while upholding Amgen values and delivering patient care.

Qualifications

• Basic qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree and 3 years of sales experience and/or clinical experience in healthcare or a related field, or an Associate degree with 6 years of experience, or a high school diploma with 8 years of experience.
• Preferred qualifications include 3+ years in sales/marketing/clinical roles within pharma/biotech and knowledge across oncology, cardiology, inflammation, or related areas.
• Advanced influencing and relationship-building skills with a focus on sales outcomes.

Responsabilités

• Provide current and comprehensive knowledge of Amgen's products to medical professionals to drive appropriate utilization.
• Lead territory sales by delivering branded messages and programs and achieving targets.
• Develop territory plans with the District Manager and manage accounts including reimbursement considerations.
• Demonstrate passion for Amgen products and support across the sales cycle while upholding Amgen values.
