Job summary

Amgen Inc. (IR) is seeking a Specialty Representative or Senior Specialty Representative to deliver clinical knowledge to healthcare professionals and promote Amgen products within assigned territories, while aligning with district strategies.

The role requires building relationships, managing access and reimbursement issues, and driving sales through in-person and virtual engagement, with flexible work models where possible.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree OR Associate degree with 4 years of sales experience OR high school diploma with 6 years of sales experience.
• Senior position requires a bachelor's degree and 3 years of sales/clinical healthcare experience OR equivalent combinations.
• Experience in pharmaceutical/biotech, healthcare insurance or medical devices is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical knowledge of Amgen products to medical professionals.
• Promote products and implement marketing strategies per district guidance.
• Develop relationships to manage accounts, discuss access and reimbursement issues.
• Communicate feedback on marketing and territory plans to the District Manager.
• Maintain product brand and support ethical, compliant customer interactions.
