Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree OR Associate degree with 4 years of sales experience OR High school diploma with 6 years of sales experience.
• Senior level: Bachelor’s degree with 3 years of sales/clinical healthcare experience OR equivalent.
• Preferred: background in pharma/biotech/medical devices and knowledge of key therapeutic areas.

Responsibilities

• Provide current knowledge of Amgen’s products to medical professionals to drive product utilization.
• Lead territory sales by delivering branded messages and conducting educational programs.
• Develop relationships with accounts, manage access, and address reimbursement issues.
• Provide feedback on marketing strategy and plan territory activities with the District Manager.
• Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices and grow as a Senior Specialty Representative.
