Job summary

Fractal Analytics is seeking an experienced Client Engagement Manager for our Pharma/Life Sciences practice in New York, NY. You will lead strategic engagements for a US-based pharma client, owning client relationships, program delivery, and governance across analytics, data, and technology initiatives.

You will manage end-to-end delivery, coordinate cross-functional teams, and drive commercial aspects while expanding existing engagements.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of client-facing engagement/program management experience.
• Experience managing large enterprise pharma/life sciences clients.
• Excellent executive communication and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Serve as senior engagement lead and primary client partner for Pharma programs.
• Own end-to-end program delivery including scope, milestones, risks, dependencies, resource planning.
• Drive engagement governance through regular client reviews and status reporting.
• Manage commercial aspects including SOWs, budgets, revenue tracking, forecasting.
• Partner with delivery, engineering, data science, analytics, and product teams to execute.
• Identify opportunities to expand engagements and add value.
