Fractal Analytics seeks a Technical Life-sciences Consultant (Pharma) to lead AI-led transformations for Fortune 50 Life-sciences clients in NY/NJ using enterprise data platforms on AWS and Databricks.

You will drive client management, program delivery, and scalable architectures while partnering with engineering teams and stakeholders to ensure secure, cost-efficient solutions aligned with modern data engineering and AI/ML best practices.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in AI, software development, data engineering, or data architecture.
• 5+ years in life-sciences consulting.
• Strong experience with Databricks, dbt Core/Cloud, Python, Spark, SQL, distributed compute paradigms.
• Deep awareness with AWS services (S3, Glue, Redshift, EMR, DynamoDB, Lambda, Athena, Kinesis).

Responsibilities

• Drive senior client workshops and solution framing.
• Lead e2e client advisory, opportunity creation and demand generation.
• Align architecture with requirements across business and technical teams.
• Support RFP/RFI responses and architectural evaluations.
