Fractal Analytics Inc. is hiring a Pharma AI Principal Consultant to lead AI-driven transformations for senior life sciences clients. You will own strategic Fortune 100 pharma accounts, expanding multi-million-dollar relationships while ensuring delivery excellence.

You will drive AI foundations and programs at scale, partnering with global teams across AI, MLOps, cloud, and analytics to achieve client outcomes with a focus on high value, measurable results.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of analytics and AI program delivery for Fortune 500 life sciences clients.
• 7+ years of consulting experience in life sciences.
• 7+ years leading AI initiatives including GenAI for large enterprise clients.
• Strong understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and enterprise AI delivery.
• Proven ability to engage senior executives (CIO, SVP, VP) in strategic discussions.

Responsibilities

• Own delivery and growth for Fortune 50 pharma accounts, driving $10M+ in annual consulting and delivery revenue.
• Lead large, multi-program AI and GenAI initiatives across fields like field force transformation and omnichannel analytics.
• Partner with Global Pharma Practice Head and delivery teams across AI, MLOps, LLMOps, cloud engineering, and analytics.
• Represent Fractal’s portfolio across AI, engineering, design, and pharma analytics.
• Drive proposals, client presentations, and commercial discussions for new and expanded work.
• Lead and influence cross-functional teams through indirect management and coaching.
