Fractal, a global AI-first company, seeks a Pharma AI Principal Consultant in the Healthcare & Life Sciences practice in New Jersey. Lead AI-driven enterprise transformations for senior life sciences clients, delivering AI foundations and programs at scale to improve decision‑making and outcomes.
You will own Fortune 100 pharma accounts, expanding multi‑million‑dollar relationships and guiding cross‑functional teams while maintaining the highest standard of delivery.
Qualifications
- 15+ years delivering and growing analytics and AI programs for Fortune 500 life sciences clients.
- 7+ years of consulting experience in life sciences.
- Strong track record leading AI initiatives for large enterprises.
Responsibilities
- Own delivery and growth for Fortune 50 pharma accounts, driving $10M+ in annual consulting and delivery revenue.
- Lead large, multi-program AI and GenAI initiatives across pharma functions.
- Partner with Global Pharma Practice Head and delivery teams across AI, MLOps, LLMOps, cloud engineering, and analytics.
- Ensure high client outcomes with a target NPS of 75+.
- Serve as primary senior client contact, managing executive relationships and escalations.
