Job summary

MathCo is seeking a highly experienced Consulting Leader with strong pharmaceutical commercial analytics expertise to partner with top life sciences clients. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Engineering, Economics, Business, Mathematics, Analytics, or related field.
• Master's degree, MBA, PhD, or equivalent preferred.
• 10 to 14 years of experience in pharmaceutical consulting, commercial analytics, data science consulting, or related roles.
• Demonstrated experience leading client-facing engagements and managing executive stakeholder relationships.

Responsibilities

• Partner with senior commercial, marketing, and brand stakeholders to translate strategic objectives into analytics-driven solutions.
• Lead client engagements focused on pharmaceutical analytics and business performance improvement.
• Structure ambiguous problems and define analytical approaches for key questions.
• Drive discussions with senior stakeholders and facilitate workshops, reviews, and planning sessions.
• Collaborate with data science, analytics, and engineering teams to ensure high-quality delivery.
• Develop insights and narratives that drive actionable recommendations.
• Present findings to executive leadership and cross-functional teams.
• Guide teams in opportunities for advanced analytics and optimization.
• Mentor junior consultants and analytics staff; foster collaborative problem-solving culture.
• Contribute to capability building and thought leadership in the life sciences analytics practice.
