MathCo in Santa Monica seeks a Consulting Leader to drive pharma/life sciences commercial analytics engagements with high visibility. You will translate business challenges into analytics frameworks, partner with senior stakeholders, and influence strategic decisions through compelling insights.

The role requires deep consulting discipline, stakeholder management, and the ability to guide teams in advanced analytics, segmentation, and lifecycle analytics for life sciences clients.

Formación

• Strong pharmaceutical commercial analytics expertise.
• Experience translating business challenges into analytical frameworks.
• Ability to lead client engagements and influence senior stakeholders.
• Experience partnering with marketing, brand, and commercial excellence teams.
• Consulting toolkit including strategic storytelling and relationship management.

Responsabilidades

• Partner with senior commercial, marketing, and brand stakeholders to translate objectives into analytics-driven solutions.
• Lead client engagements focused on pharmaceutical commercial analytics and business performance improvement.
• Structure ambiguous business problems and define analytical approaches to address key questions.
• Drive discussions with senior client stakeholders and facilitate solutioning workshops and strategic planning sessions.
• Collaborate with data science, analytics, and engineering teams to ensure high-quality solution delivery.
• Develop insights and business narratives that drive actionable recommendations.
• Present findings and recommendations to executive leadership and cross-functional teams.
• Guide teams in identifying opportunities for advanced analytics and commercial optimization.
• Mentor junior consultants and analytics team members to foster collaborative problem-solving.
• Contribute to capability building and thought leadership within life sciences analytics.
