Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Business or related field.
• 10+ years of sales experience in pharmaceutical or biotech manufacturing.
• 5+ years of proven sales leadership within pharma/biotech.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing sales team to meet revenue targets.
• Foster coaching, training, and performance management across teams.
• Drive market expansion and cultivate relationships with key decision-makers.
• Provide consultative selling and ensure solutions meet regulatory needs.
• Manage full sales cycle from prospecting to close and after-sales support.
• Collaborate with engineering and product teams to address customer needs.
• Travel domestically up to 50% to meet clients and attend events.
