Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or equivalent completed technical training preferred.
• 2+ years of sales and technical experience in the pharma/biotech or related market.
• Strong customer focus and attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales growth and meet annual targets within a defined geography.
• Create and implement account and territory plans with accurate forecasts.
• Prepare presentations and proposals of Burkert portfolio for on-site customer meetings.
• Acquire new customers and deepen relationships with OEMs and design firms.
• Coordinate marketing efforts with the Marketing Team and Focus Industry Managers, including product launches.
• Input sales activities into CRM (Microsoft Dynamics) and maintain KPI dashboards.
• Support customers with training and technical assistance to advance their business strategies.
