Job summary

Clarus is transforming how pet insurance works by delivering customer-centric, scalable technology that simplifies coverage and reimbursement.

As a Senior Technical Product Manager, you will lead product initiatives from concept to launch, partnering with Engineering, Design, Operations, Marketing, and business stakeholders to drive meaningful business impact and exceptional user experiences for veterinary teams, pet parents, and industry partners.

Qualifications

5+ years of product management experience in B2B SaaS, insurance tech, fintexch, or related digital platforms.
Proven track record launching and enhancing commercial products or features.
Strong communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
Experience in Agile product development with tools such as Azure DevOps (ADO), Jira, Aha!, or similar.
Analytical problem-solving with ability to leverage data to drive decisions; capable of collaborating with software engineering teams.

Responsibilities

Define and execute product roadmaps for assigned product areas in collaboration with the Director of Product.
Balance business objectives with customer needs and technical considerations to maximize value.
Own and prioritize the product backlog; refine priorities based on feedback, goals, and constraints.
Support go-to-market activities with documentation, training, and release communications.
Lead cross-functional collaboration across Engineering, Design, Marketing, Operations, and Customer Success.
