Petco in the United States is seeking a Senior Sales Associate to deliver exceptional pet-care experiences on the sales floor. You will mentor newer associates, support store operations, and help customers find products and services that meet their pets' needs.

This role requires a friendly, service-oriented mindset, the ability to lead by example, and comfort working evenings, weekends, and holidays. A background in retail and passion for animals are valued.

Competenze

• 1+ years of retail experience, preferably in a specialty retail environment.
• Passion for animals and knowledge of pet care preferred.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
• Proven ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills and professionalism in handling customer concerns.
• Basic math skills and experience handling cash and transactions.
