Job summary

Terminix in Washington, DC is seeking a Technical Service Manager to lead pest control strategies, support operations, and resolve service quality issues. You will coach branch leaders and technicians, drive corrective actions, and partner with sales to improve customer satisfaction and retention.

The role emphasizes data-driven problem solving, action planning, and implementing best-of-breed service delivery processes across multiple market segments.

Qualifications

• Four year college biological science degree in entomology or related sciences is preferred, but not required.
• Board Certified Entomologist (BCE) or ACE preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of related structural pest management experience.
• 2 years+ of Structural Pest Management field experience.
• 1 year+ of management experience required.

Responsibilities

• Proactively monitors service performance against KPIs with Operations, National Accounts, and Sales.
• Performs site assessments to identify root causes and deploy Action Plans with Operations.
• Collaborates with Technical Account Managers and National Account Managers to drive resolution with RTX and customers.
• Coaches Branch leaders to develop pest management competency among technicians and sales colleagues.
• Drives improvements to protocols and service delivery to boost customer retention and efficiency.
