Job summary

Terminix is seeking a Service Manager to lead and motivate Pest Technician Teams at a local branch. You will ensure efficient operations, uphold safety standards, and deliver exceptional service delivery of Terminix products to customers.

The role emphasizes leadership, scheduling, regulatory compliance, and strong communication with customers and employees while supporting training and growth opportunities within the Terminix branch network.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree required; a four-year degree is highly desirable.
• Must possess a valid driver's license from state of residence.
• 1–2 years of related experience is helpful but not required.
• Willingness to relocate is highly desirable.
• Able to lead and motivate others effectively.
• Strong written and verbal communications skills.
• Able to solve problems and provide practical solutions.
• Able to build rapport with customers and employees.
• Detail oriented with emphasis on safety.
• Good aptitude for basic/intermediate math for sales and service calculations.
• Comfortable working outdoors and in crawl spaces/attics when necessary.

Responsibilities

• Monitor branch scheduling and ensure pest tech routes are completed.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and safety standards are met or exceeded.
• Respond to customer concerns, including resolving cancellation requests.
• Inspect and evaluate Pest Technicians performance.
• Monitor and maintain inventory levels of pest control products.
• Facilitate ongoing training of local sales and service teams.
