Terminix is seeking a Service Manager to lead and motivate local Pest Technician Teams, ensuring outstanding service delivery of Terminix products to customers. You will oversee scheduling, route completion, safety, and incident resolution while maintaining high customer satisfaction.

The role requires leadership, strong communication, and the ability to manage inventory and training across branches, with a focus on safety and regulatory compliance.

Formación

• Requires an associate’s degree; four-year degree desirable.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license from state of residence.
• Willingness to relocate is highly desirable.
• Ability to lead and motivate others.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving skills with practical solutions.
• Ability to build rapport with customers and employees.
• Detail-oriented and safety-conscious.
• Good math aptitude for sales/service calculations.
• Comfortable working outdoors and in crawl spaces/attics when necessary.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee and motivate Pest Technician teams to deliver service.
• Monitor branch scheduling and ensure routes are completed.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and safety standards.
• Respond to customer concerns, including cancellations.
• Evaluate Pest Technician performance and training needs.
• Maintain inventory of pest control products.
• Lead continual training for local sales and service teams.
