Prescient Edge is seeking a Personnel Recovery (PR) professional to support a Federal government client. The PR will manage PR activities across the task order, coordinate with SATL, MRB PR SMEs, and interface with PM and MRR S-3X personnel to address SA matters. Required qualifications include prior SOF experience (6+ years), ASOTC and SERE training, and multiple SOF deployments.

Travel up to 50% is expected; a U.S. driver's license is required.

Qualifications

• Former NCO or Warrant Officer with SOF background.
• ASOTC and Full Spectrum SERE training completed.
• Experience as PR manager at a company or higher level.
• Minimum 2 SOF combat deployments.
• Current driver’s license and willingness to travel up to 50%.
• Ability to coordinate with multiple military and government stakeholders.

Responsabilités

• Manage PR across the task order and support PR SME activities.
• Act as primary interface with SATL and MRB PR SMEs.
• Coordinate with MRR S-3X personnel on SA issues and daily guidance.
• Interface between SATL and PM; participate in PR meetings.
• Advise, assist, and coordinate PR script writing.
• Train and enforce doctrine and SOPs; ensure readiness for deployments.
• Assist units in theater PR architectures prior to deployment.
• Prepare input for After Action Reports (AAR) with uniformed personnel.
