Job summary

Vistra Energy supports SOCSOUTH with a specialized Personnel Recovery (PR) program. The role provides direct PR coordination for SOCSOUTH operations, including PR policy adherence, AARs, and monthly progress reporting. You will engage in key battle rhythm events, briefings, and cross-directorate coordination within USSOUTHCOM.

A SECRET clearance is required with TS/SCI potential within 120 days of hire. Qualified candidates bring at least 10 years of military experience, a background in PR

Qualifications

• 10 years of prior military experience, SOF HQ experience required.
• Minimum 3 years in PRCC or JPRC coordination.
• Graduated SERE Level C training.
• Current SECRET clearance, able to obtain TS/SCI within 120 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct support to SOCSOUTH Personnel Recovery Coordination Cell (PRCC) duties and responsibilities per USSOUTHCOM/USSOCOM directives.
• Attend MIBs and MOBs and provide recommendations based on PR policies.
• Attend SOCSOUTH key battle rhythm events to address PR matters and coordinate actions.
• Prepare After Action Reports (AARs) and submit by deadlines on SOCS SOUTH letterhead.
• Provide monthly progress reports detailing accomplishments, goals, and workload issues.
