Job summary

Bart & Associates, LLC is seeking a Personnel Recovery Operations Specialist to support USPACOM with PR expertise and advisory input to JPRC leadership. You will help develop PR regulations, directives, and theater plans, while coordinating PR readiness, training, and watchstanding across cycles and shifts.

The role requires DoD experience, TS/SCI eligibility preferred, and flexibility for non-standard hours and travel as needed on federal contracts.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of PR authorities, doctrine, and procedures including published regulations and manuals.
• Familiarity with strategic/campaign plans and the PR appendix to combatant command OPLANS.
• Experience developing and presenting briefings to senior leaders.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and SharePoint.
• Knowledge and use of AI tools in support of government objectives (e.g. GPT, GenAI, Python).
• PR 292, PR 300 courses or equivalent.
• 4+ years in a JPRC/PRCC/RCC role.
• Ability to support non-standard hours and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Monitor PR architecture, posture, and mission tracking per SOPs.
• Operate via classified/unclassified tools and share the common operating picture.
• Track theater PR assets and advise on PR forces positioning.
• Contribute to theater PR plans and intelligence/ISRE apps.
• Support theater PR mission analysis development/updates.
• Assist in PR execution tasks during operations and exercises.
• Build relationships across HQ, components, and interagency for PR capabilities.
• Prepare venues, talking points, and briefs for PR groups; document lessons learned.
• Operate JPRC equipment and software for PR coordination across phases.
