Job summary

Life Time is seeking a PT Leader-2 to develop a team of Fitness Professionals and deliver the Dynamic Personal Training experience on the fitness floor. You will coach, onboard new team members, and assist in sales and member experience initiatives.

You will drive personal production, mentor staff, and ensure high-quality service while supporting club leadership in executing Life Time Training programs.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Certified Personal Trainer and CPR/AED certifications are required.
• 2+ years of personal training experience.
• Demonstrated leadership/management skills.
• Strong communication, sales, program design, and coaching skills.
• Ability to drive results through others.

Responsibilities

• Manages, supports, develops, coaches, and mentors a team of fitness professionals to be successful based on brand and performance expectations.
• Responsible for the total experience and results of all clients.
• Be a Player-Coach by leading Dynamic Personal Training and managing your own client book.
• Oversees the quality and consistency of products, services, and fitness floor experience for the team.
• Determine and implement strategies to meet productivity goals; drive department meetings.
• Generate new clients and refer them to appropriate trainers based on client needs.
• Promote Life Time Training initiatives and events.
• Complete scheduling, administrative, and coordination tasks for all programs and classes (metabolic, small group, nutrition, etc.).
