Life Time, Inc. is seeking a PT Leader-2 to guide and develop a team of fitness professionals, delivering the Dynamic Personal Training experience on the fitness floor.

You will partner with club leadership to bring Life Time Training to life daily, coach team members, and drive client production and member satisfaction. You will on-board new staff, manage the sales process, educate on all offerings, and help your team meet personal and division goals while upholding Life Time standards and

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Certified Personal Trainer.
• CPR and AED Certified.
• 2+ years of personal training experience.
• Demonstrated leadership/management skills.
• Strong communication, sales, program design, coaching skills.
• Ability to drive results through others.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of fitness professionals to meet brand and performance expectations.
• Be responsible for the total experience and results of all clients.
• Lead by example through Dynamic Personal Training with your own book of business.
• Oversee quality and consistency of products, services, programs and floor experience.
• Drive productivity targets and lead department-wide meetings.
• Generate new clients and refer to appropriate trainers based on needs.
• Promote Life Time Training initiatives and events.
• Complete scheduling, administrative and coordination tasks for programs and classes.
