Qualifications

• 5+ years of Personal Lines insurance experience.
• Active OR P&C license.
• Applied Epic proficiency preferred.
• Self-motivated with strong accountability.
• Outstanding leadership, interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Ability to collaborate in a team environment.
• Strong problem-solving and customer service abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsabilités

• Manage a select portfolio of high-end Personal Lines clients.
• Develop and streamline departmental workflows and procedures.
• Collaborate with the Director of Personal Lines on day-to-day operations.
• Identify growth opportunities including cross-selling and expanding coverage.
• Drive agency goals and performance objectives.
• Enhance client service and maintain outstanding customer satisfaction.
• Generate and analyze monthly progress reports toward goals.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with insurance carriers.
• Foster a productive, positive work environment within the department.
• Provide ongoing training on agency management system and carrier websites.
• Participate in staff evaluations and assist in hiring/training new team members.
• Undertake additional responsibilities as required.
