Job summary

GPAC is seeking a Personal Lines Manager to lead a high-end Personal Lines book. You will work with the Director of Personal Lines to shape workflows, oversee daily operations, and drive growth through cross-selling and expanded coverages.

Applicants should have 5+ years in Personal Lines, an active Oregon P&C license, and preferably Applied Epic experience. Strong leadership and client-service skills are essential for success in a collaborative team environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of Personal Lines insurance experience.
• Active Oregon P&C license required.
• Proficiency with Applied Epic is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage a select portfolio of high-end Personal Lines clients.
• Develop and streamline departmental workflows and procedures to improve efficiency.
• Collaborate with the Director of Personal Lines to oversee daily operations.
• Identify growth opportunities, including cross-selling and expanding coverages.
• Drive achievement of agency goals and performance metrics.
• Generate and analyze monthly progress reports.
• Provide ongoing training on the agency management system and carrier sites.
