Job summary

GPAC, Growing People and Companies, is seeking a Personal Lines Manager in Oregon to lead a select portfolio of high-end clients and to streamline departmental workflows for efficiency.

You will collaborate with the Director of Personal Lines, identify growth opportunities, drive department performance, and train staff on agency systems and carrier websites, while maintaining exceptional client service.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Personal Lines insurance.
• Active OR P&C License.
• Proficiency with Applied Epic.
• Self-motivation and accountability.
• Exceptional leadership, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Strong problem-solving and customer service abilities.
• Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Manage a select portfolio of high-end Personal Lines clients.

• Provide ongoing training to ensure optimal utilization of our agency management system and carrier websites.
• Participate in annual staff evaluations and contribute to the hiring and training of new team members.
• Undertake additional responsibilities as required by the role.
