Job summary

World Insurance Associates in Massachusetts seeks an experienced Personal Property and Casualty professional to manage renewals, client service, and policy documentation. You will evaluate exposures, issue renewal quotes, and coordinate with carriers and clients using EPIC and a comparative rating tool.

The role requires a Property & Casualty license, 3+ years of P&C experience, and strong Excel/MS Office skills to prepare communications and reports for internal teams and clients.

Qualifications

• 3+ years’ experience in Personal Property and Casualty with a comprehensive understanding of insurance coverages.
• State Property & Casualty insurance license is required.
• HS Diploma or equivalent; continued professional development a plus.
• Proficient in Excel, Word, and MS Office suite; able to create and evaluate formulas.

Responsibilities

• Evaluates exposures and renewal quotes.
• Review upcoming renewals and determine which accounts warrant remarket.
• Make coverage recommendations.
• Utilize comparative rater tool to obtain quotes.
• Transact agency billing and process payments.
• Obtain signed binding and notify carriers.
• Review binding documents for accuracy.
• Setup and maintain accurate account details in EPIC.
• Process renewals, endorsements, cancellations and proofs of insurance.
• Attach, organize, and name documents in EPIC.
• Initiate endorsements, proofs of insurance and invoices.
• Produce standard client and carrier communications using templates.
