Frost Insurance Agency in Texas is seeking a Senior Personal Lines Account Manager to lead a large book of complex Personal Lines accounts. You will guide service staff, act as a technical expert for agency teams, and collaborate on renewal strategies to optimize client coverage and value.

The role requires a Texas Property & Casualty license (or within 90 days), 3+ years in personal lines, and ability to manage a book over $250,000. Microsoft Office proficiency is expected.

Qualifications

• Licensing and regulatory knowledge for Texas Property & Casualty.
• 3+ years of personal lines insurance experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Train and develop Personal Lines service staff on complex accounts.
• Serve as technical expert on products and services in personal lines.
• Analyze client policies for coverage enhancements and quotes for clients.
• Review and process new/renewal policies ensuring accurate rating and billing.
• Provide policy service including changes, payments, and claims; document interactions.
