Job summary

Cross Insurance is seeking a Personal Lines Account Manager to service and renew policies for individual clients while building durable relationships with customers, underwriters and colleagues.

You will respond to inquiries, assist in pricing, and prepare renewal summaries and proposals. The role requires flexibility, strong communication, and a track record in selling and customer service.

Qualifications

• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and understanding of social media platform.
• Proven experience selling.
• Strong customer service skills and communication skills (both verbal and written).

Responsibilities

• Servicing policies for individual customers, handling renewals and new business.
• Maintain relationships with customers, underwriters and professionals.
• Coordinate with Account Executive and underwriters for quotes and documentation.
• Prepare renewal summaries, proposals and new business submissions.
• Assist in soliciting increases in coverage and manage large/complex accounts.
