Job summary

Jonus Group seeks a dedicated Personal Lines Account Manager to join our growing Texas team. You will manage a sizeable book, deliver exceptional client service, and contribute to a client-focused culture.

The ideal candidate holds an active Texas P&C license, at least two years in personal lines (farm & ranch a plus), and proficiency with Sagitta, Vertafore and ImageRight. You will quote, renew, mentor colleagues, and deepen your knowledge of the Texas market.

Qualifications

• Active Texas Property & Casualty license is required.
• Minimum of 2 years of personal lines insurance experience.
• Knowledge of Texas market carriers; farm & ranch experience is a plus.
• Proficiency with Sagitta, Vertafore, and ImageRight.

Responsibilities

• Manage a book valued at $2M–$2.5M, ~600 policies.
• Handle all account management from quotes to renewals.
• Provide exceptional client service: respond to inquiries, process ID cards, renewals.
• Collaborate with team and mentor less experienced colleagues.
• Utilize Sagitta, Vertafore, and ImageRight to manage accounts.
• Maintain strong knowledge of the Texas market and carriers.
• Participate in team activities and contribute to office culture.
