Qualifications

• Must hold state Property & Casualty insurance license.
• Proficient in Excel (formulas, charts & tables), Word, and other MS Office products.
• Able to understand new technology platforms quickly.
• Proficient in agency management systems and carrier sites.
• Hands-on customer service approach and relationship building.
• Team-oriented and able to collaborate effectively.
• Strong understanding of client requirements, market trends and service delivery.

Responsibilities

• Evaluates exposures and renewal quotes.
• Reviews renewals and determines accounts for remarket.
• Makes coverage recommendations.
• Transacts agency billing where applicable.
• Obtains signed bindings and notifies carriers.
• Reviews binding documents for accuracy.
• Ensures complete and accurate account details in systems.
• Handles renewals, endorsements and notices of insurance.
