Qualifications

• Must have 3+ years in Personal Property & Casualty with understanding of insurance coverages.
• Proficient in Excel, Word, and MS Office products.
• Able to learn new technology platforms quickly.
• Experienced with agency management systems and carrier portals.

Responsibilities

• Independently leads client service and renewal messaging for most clients.
• Evaluate exposures and renewal quotes; review renewals and remarket when needed.
• Make coverage recommendations and obtain quotes; transact agency billing.
• Process renewals, endorsements, cancellations, and proofs of insurance.
