Job summary

World Insurance Associates is seeking an experienced client service professional to lead renewal messaging and manage day-to-day activities with minimal guidance. The role requires a deep understanding of insurance markets, strong client relations, and proficiency in MS Office and agency systems.

You will review renewals, advise on coverage, obtain quotes via rater tools, and handle account setup and communications with clients and carriers.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• 3+ years of experience in Personal Property & Casualty insurance preferred.
• Proficiency in Excel, Word, and MS Office suite required.
• Familiarity with agency management systems and carrier sites.

Responsibilities

• Lead client service activities and renewal messaging with minimal guidance.
• Evaluate exposures, review renewals, and determine market remarkets.
• Make coverage recommendations and obtain quotes.
• Process renewals, endorsements, and invoicing in EPIC where applicable.
• Maintain accurate account details and prepare standard client communications.
