You will act as liaison between clients and carriers to resolve escalations, pursue cross-sell opportunities, and help retain business. Prior private client/high-net-worth experience is essential.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or GED; college degree preferred.
• 3-5 years in insurance account management.
• Private Client/High Net-Worth experience required.
• Entertainment space experience strongly preferred.
• Strong written and oral communication; interact with all levels.

Aufgaben

• Support clients and manage a book of high net-worth accounts.
• Serve as HUB’s primary contact to clients and coordinate with sales/service.
• Analyze insurance programs to determine suitability and negotiate with carriers.
• Oversee account documentation and data entry in agency systems.
• Identify cross-selling opportunities and contribute to retention goals.
• Mentor junior staff and stay current with industry changes.
