Qualifications

• High school diploma/GED required; college degree strongly preferred.
• 5+ years of personal lines insurance experience in a brokerage environment.
• Experience with high net-worth carriers (e.g., PURE, Cincinnati, AIG, Chubb/ACE, Nationwide Private Client).
• Currently licensed (in good standing).
• Comfort interacting with all levels within the organization.
• Computer literate: Microsoft Office Suite and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Manage the entire account-service process across markets to carriers, prepare quotes and proposals.
• Maintain renewal controls on expirations and binders.
• Check policies/endorsements/audits for accuracy.
• Issue EOIs.
• Assist with billing/invoicing issues.
• Manage high net-worth clients.
