Qualifications

• Minimum High School degree.
• Must be licensed or willing to obtain license.
• MS Office and AMS360 experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary liaison between clients and internal teams.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with key stakeholders.
• Conduct regular account reviews to assess performance and opportunities.
• Develop and execute account plans to meet client objectives and company revenue goals.
• Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities while maintaining compliance with healthcare regulations.
• Coordinate onboarding, implementations, and ongoing service delivery.
• Resolve client issues in a timely and professional manner.
• Ensure service levels and performance metrics are met or exceeded.
• Cross-functional collaboration to monitor contract utilization, renewals, and expansions.
