Thomas J. Henry Law is seeking a proven trial attorney to lead a team of litigators at one of the largest personal injury law firms in the country. This leadership role involves overseeing 4–6 attorneys, guiding case strategy, and preparing cases for trial.

The ideal candidate will have extensive personal injury trial experience and a strong commitment to mentoring junior attorneys, ensuring high standards of client advocacy and case development.

Qualifications

• 5+ personal injury jury trials preferred.
• Strong experience handling Texas personal injury cases.
• Demonstrated leadership or supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and supervise 4–6 litigation attorneys.
• Guide case strategy from pre-litigation through trial.
• Conduct regular case strategy reviews.
