Brandon J. Broderick, Personal Injury Attorney at Law is seeking an experienced Personal Injury Litigation Paralegal to support attorneys through all stages of case workups, including pre-litigation and litigation.

The ideal candidate will be proficient in legal software, have excellent communication skills, and strong time-management abilities. The role involves drafting legal documents, managing deadlines under Connecticut rules, coordinating depositions and court appearances, and maintaining

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 5+ years of Personal Injury experience.
• Proficiency in litigation software and legal databases (Litify, eCourts).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to ethics.

Responsibilities

• Support attorneys in all phases of litigation from filing to trial.
• Draft, prepare, and file legal documents (complaints, answers, motions).
• Manage litigation deadlines per Connecticut rules.
• Coordinate depositions, IMEs, and court appearances.
• Review and summarize medical records, expert reports, and discovery material.
• Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, court personnel, and experts.
• Assist with trial preparation (exhibits, binders, witnesses).
• Maintain case files in Litify and e-file in CT/state courts.
