Job summary

Brandon J. Broderick, Attorney At Law in Center Square, PA is seeking an experienced Personal Injury Litigation Paralegal for full‑time, onsite work Monday–Friday 8:30 am–5:00 pm at our main office. The role supports the attorney in all phases of case work, from pre‑litigation through trial.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years PI litigation experience, a bachelor’s degree, and proficiency with Litify and eCourts. Strong written/verbal skills and attention to detail are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Minimum 5+ years of Personal Injury litigation experience.
• Proficiency with legal software such as Litify and eCourts.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and high ethical standards.
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and technologies.
• Familiarity with legal research methodologies.
• Certifications or licenses related to paralegal studies preferred.

Responsibilities

• Draft and prepare legal documents including pleadings, motions, affidavits, complaints and memoranda.
• E‑file court documents in state and federal courts.
• Communicate effectively with clients, courts and opposing counsel.
• Conduct legal research and factual investigations.
• Prepare discovery documents including interrogatories and responses.
• Draft and serve summons and coordinate depositions.
• Work with a legal assistant to prepare trial binders and exhibits.
• Organize and manage indexes for pleadings, discovery and exhibits.
• Support the attorney with all requests and liaison with experts and vendors.
• Assist with witness preparation and case settlements.
