Brandon J. Broderick, Attorney At Law is seeking an experienced Manager of PI Litigation Paralegals to lead the day-to-day performance, structure and accountability of our litigation paralegal and support teams.

The role oversees case progression, deadlines, staffing, KPIs, attorney support, client service and operational compliance to drive efficiency. You will supervise paralegals, team leads and support staff, develop onboarding and training programs, and ensure timely completion of

Qualifications

• 10+ years of plaintiff personal injury paralegal experience, including at least 2 years in a supervisory or management capacity.
• Strong knowledge of plaintiff PI litigation, including pleadings, discovery, service, deadlines and file management.
• Multi-state plaintiff PI experience strongly preferred.
• Exceptional organization, follow-through and ability to manage high-volume litigation operations.
• Strong people leader with experience coaching, developing and holding teams accountable.
• Proactive problem-solver who identifies risks and drives issues to resolution.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with attorneys, staff, clients, courts and vendors.
• Comfortable working with KPIs, dashboards, Litify and legal technology.
• Calm under pressure, highly responsive and willing to step in when needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, develop and hold litigation paralegals and support staff accountable.
• Interview and hire staff, assess staffing needs and balance workloads.
• Oversee Team Leads and ensure effective delegation and escalation.
• Conduct regular team meetings focused on workload, deadlines and performance.
• Develop onboarding, training, mentoring and professional development programs.
• Own workflow and cadence to keep matters moving and minimize overdue work.
• Monitor deadlines and ensure timely pleadings, discovery and filings.
• Identify high-risk files and establish action plans with attorneys and paralegals.
• Ensure accurate, organized and compliant case files and documents.
