Job summary

Brandon J. Broderick, Attorney at Law, is seeking an experienced Personal Injury Litigation Paralegal in Milford, CT to support attorneys from filing through trial.

Proficiency in Litify, eCourts, and other legal software, plus strong communication and time-management skills, are essential. Candidates should have 5+ years in Personal Injury, attention to detail, and a solid understanding of court deadlines and discovery.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Personal Injury litigation or related field.
• Proficiency with Litify, eCourts and legal databases.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Support attorneys in all phases of litigation from filing through trial and post-trial.
• Draft and file documents: complaints, answers, motions; discovery requests/responses; subpoenas.
• Manage deadlines per Connecticut rules and coordinate depositions, IMEs, and court appearances.
• Review and summarize medical records, expert reports, and discovery materials; communicate with clients and witnesses.
• Assist with trial prep: exhibits, binders, and witness coordination; maintain case files in Litify; e-file in courts.
