Brandon J. Broderick LLC is seeking an experienced Personal Injury Litigation Paralegal to join our on-site team in Center Square, PA.

The role supports attorneys through all phases of case workups, including pre-litigation and litigation, and requires proficiency in Litify and eCourts, excellent communication, and strong time management. Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Personal Injury
• Proficiency in Litify and eCourts
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to ethical standards
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and technologies

Responsibilities

• Draft and prepare legal documents such as pleadings, motions, affidavits, complaints and memoranda.
• E-file court documents in state and federal courts.
• Communicate with clients, courts, opposing counsel and stakeholders.
• Conduct legal research and factual investigations.
• Prepare discovery documents and serve summons.
• Coordinate and schedule depositions.
• Support attorneys with trial binders and exhibits.
• Maintain indexes for pleadings, discovery, exhibits and briefs.
