Thomas J Henry Law, PLLC in Irving, TX seeks a Senior Attorney Manager to lead a team of trial attorneys and legal staff through all stages of case development in personal injury litigation. The role requires seasoned trial experience and strong leadership to deliver client-centered results.

The candidate will supervise 4–6 attorneys, oversee case handling from intake to trial, and guide strategy, negotiations, and settlements. Texas Bar admission is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 personal injury jury trials preferred (Plaintiff or Defense).
• Proven experience with Texas personal injury law, including pre-litigation, litigation processes, and trial.
• J.D. from an accredited law school and active Bar license required, Active Texas Bar license required.

Responsibilities

• Lead, manage, and mentor a team of 4–6 attorneys and their assigned support staff.
• Ensure cases are thoroughly developed from intake through trial and/or resolution in alignment with firm standards and client interests.
• Oversee all aspects of case handling, including client meetings and strategy discussions, case development and evaluation, drafting and sending demand letters, negotiating settlements, filing lawsuits, and managing litigation.
• Reviewing and analyzing medical records, motion practice and court hearings, depositions, and trial preparation.
