Job summary

Thomas J Henry Law, PLLC is seeking a Senior Attorney Manager in Austin, TX to lead a team of trial attorneys and legal staff through every stage of case development. The role emphasizes litigation leadership and scaling teams for Plaintiff Personal Injury matters.

The ideal candidate has extensive trial experience in Texas personal injury law, strong leadership abilities, and a commitment to delivering client-centered results. J.D. and Texas Bar license are required.

Qualifications

5+ personal injury jury trials preferred (Plaintiff or Defense).
Proven experience with Texas personal injury law, including pre-litigation, litigation processes, and trial.
J.D. from an accredited law school and active Bar license required, Active Texas Bar license required.

Responsibilities

Lead, manage, and mentor a team of 4–6 attorneys and their assigned support staff.
Ensure cases are thoroughly developed from intake through trial and/or resolution in alignment with firm standards and client interests.
Oversee all aspects of case handling, including meetings, strategy, case development, discovery, negotiations, filings, and depositions.
Supervise all cases assigned to your team, ensuring timely completion of tasks and high-quality legal work.
