Job summary

TopDog Law seeks a seasoned Litigation Attorney to advance personal injury claims from evaluation through trial. You will evaluate merits, represent clients in depositions and court, and craft strategies while negotiating with insurers.

Strong communication and legal research skills are essential. The role requires PA Bar admission and 8–12 years of experience, with an emphasis on ethical practice, case management, and client-focused service.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.
• Active admission to the Pennsylvania Bar.
• 8–12 years of experience as a Litigation Attorney in Plaintiff Personal Injury law.
• Strong communication, negotiation, research, and writing skills.
• Ability to manage a robust caseload independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of Pennsylvania laws, regulations, and procedures.
• Must be located in or near Pennsylvania.

Responsibilities

• Review and assess merits of Personal Injury claims by analyzing records and evidence.
• Represent clients in depositions, mediations, hearings, and trials; prepare and file claims and petitions.
• Develop and implement legal strategies; conduct research and negotiate with insurance companies for settlements.
• Maintain consistent client communication; explain processes and advise on rights and options.
• Collaborate with medical and vocational experts to evaluate injuries and compensation.
• Handle litigation through discovery, trial preparation, and courtroom advocacy.
• Organize and maintain case files; track deadlines and coordinate with providers.
• Uphold ethics, confidentiality, and regulatory compliance.
• Identify opportunities to improve systems and processes.
