Job summary
BCG Attorney Search seeks a seasoned Personal Injury Litigation Attorney to join a remote California-based team. The role involves managing complex plaintiff-side cases from intake to trial, with strategic discovery, depositions, and settlements, while delivering high-touch client service and coordinating with a skilled support team.
The ideal candidate has 10+ years of PI litigation experience, a CA Bar license (TX license a plus), and a proven track record in court.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of plaintiff-side personal injury litigation experience.
- Active California Bar license; dual licensure in California and Texas preferred.
- Strong courtroom experience with a track record of results.
- JD degree is required.
Responsibilities
- Manage cases from intake through trial, including strategy development, discovery, depositions, and settlement negotiations.
- Represent clients in hearings, trials, mediations, and arbitrations.
- Advise clients on legal options and develop tailored strategies.
- Prepare pleadings, motions, and discovery documents.
- Collaborate on trial preparation, including exhibits and witnesses.
- Analyze liability, damages, and risk to guide case direction.
