Job summary

BCG Attorney Search seeks a Supervising Attorney in California for its Personal Injury Pre-Litigation department. You will lead a team of attorneys and case managers to secure settlements in high-stakes cases, including wrongful death and traumatic injury matters.

The role requires a California Bar license and at least 2 years of Personal Injury experience, with strong negotiation and client-facing skills to guide strategy and settlements.

Qualifications

• Licensed and in good standing with the California State Bar.
• At least 2 years of experience in Personal Injury law.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Ability to supervise and provide guidance and counsel.
• Experience settling cases in the pre-litigation stage.
• Spanish fluency is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage a significant caseload and a team of case managers.
• Provide informative and compassionate client service.
• Collaborate with departments such as Property Damage, Case Management, Demands/Negotiation, and Liens.
• Communicate daily with clients regarding legal strategy and treatment plans.
• Analyze fact patterns to help clear coverage and establish liability.
