BCG Attorney Search seeks a seasoned Personal Injury Litigation Attorney to join its remote team serving clients from Springfield, Massachusetts. The role focuses on managing high-stakes PI cases from intake to trial, with an emphasis on strategic advocacy and client service.

Candidates must have 8+ years plaintiff-side PI experience, be licensed to practice in Massachusetts (Texas license a plus), and demonstrate strong courtroom skills and a track record of success.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of plaintiff-side personal injury litigation experience.
• Active Massachusetts Bar license required; dual licensure in Massachusetts and Texas preferred.
• Strong courtroom experience with a proven track record.

Responsibilities

• Manage cases from intake through trial, including strategy development and settlement negotiations.
• Represent clients in hearings, trials, mediations, and arbitrations.
• Advise clients on legal options and develop tailored strategies.
• Prepare pleadings, motions, and discovery documents.
• Collaborate on trial preparation, including exhibits and witnesses.
• Analyze liability, damages, and risk to guide case direction.
• Maintain strong client communication and deliver a high-touch experience.
