BCG Attorney Search seeks a Civil Litigation and Insurance Defense Attorney in San Francisco, CA. This fully remote role lets you reside anywhere in California and handle diverse civil matters.

You will represent clients in civil litigation, manage personal injury, wrongful death, premises liability, and construction defect cases, and meet a 160-hour monthly billable target. JD and CA license required; 1 year experience; strong analytical and communication skills; independent work in a remote

Qualifications

• JD degree from an accredited law school.
• Active California law license required.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in civil litigation and insurance defense.
• Familiarity with personal injury, wrongful death, premises liability and construction defect cases.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting.

Responsibilities

• Represent clients in civil litigation and insurance defense matters.
