Orion Placement in Feasterville-Trevose, PA is seeking an experienced personal injury attorney for an in-office, on-site role handling litigation from evaluation through resolution. You will represent injured clients in motor vehicle and premises liability cases, lead strategy, discovery, depositions, motions, settlements, and trials, while maintaining strong client relationships.

Qualified candidates have 8+ years PI litigation, at least 3 completed jury trials, active PA bar, and ability to

Qualifications

• 8+ years of personal injury litigation experience.
• At least 3 completed jury trials.
• Active Pennsylvania Bar license required.
• Ability to independently manage a litigation caseload.
• Strong courtroom advocacy, negotiation, legal research, and writing skills.
• Plaintiff-side personal injury experience preferred.
• New Jersey Bar admission is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Independently manage personal injury litigation from initial evaluation through resolution.
• Represent injured clients in motor vehicle accidents, premises liability, and other negligence-related claims.
• Lead case strategy, discovery, depositions, motions, settlement negotiations, and trial preparation.
• Advocate for clients in hearings, arbitrations, and other proceedings.
• Draft persuasive pleadings, motions, briefs, and other legal documents.
• Collaborate with our legal team to build compelling cases and pursue favorable outcomes.
• Maintain strong client relationships and communicate clearly throughout the litigation process.
