Job summary

Orion Placement in Moorestown, NJ is seeking a newly licensed attorney to join our plaintiff-side litigation team. You will conduct legal research, draft motions, and assist with personal injury, medical malpractice, and complex civil matters.

Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited law school and active bar admission in NJ/PA (dual preferred).
• Recent graduates or attorneys with up to 5 years of experience welcomed.
• Strong research, writing, analytical and communication abilities are essential.
• Interest in plaintiff-side personal injury, medical malpractice, or civil litigation.

Responsibilities

• Conduct legal research and draft motions, pleadings, briefs, and other litigation documents.
• Assist with personal injury, medical malpractice, mass tort, and complex civil litigation matters.
• Prepare for depositions, hearings, negotiations, and trials; build practical litigation experience.
• Work with experienced attorneys to develop case strategies and organize evidence.
• Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and other parties during the process.
• Help evaluate claims and prepare settlement materials toward resolutions.
• Manage case documentation and deadlines; support the litigation team.

Pay: $75,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year

Location

Moorestown, NJ | Full-Time, On-Site

Join our team in a professional, collaborative office environment with a predictable Monday through Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM schedule. You'll benefit from working directly alongside experienced attorneys as you develop your litigation skills.

Note

Applicants must be licensed to practice law in New Jersey and/or Pennsylvania. Admission in both states is strongly preferred but not required. Newly licensed attorneys and candidates with 0 to 5 years of experience are encouraged to apply. Prior personal injury experience is a plus, not a requirement.
