Job summary

Orion Placement is seeking a Paralegal to manage personal injury pre-litigation cases from intake to settlement preparation, based in Philadelphia, on-site. You will serve as the primary client contact, coordinate medical records, and liaise with insurers and providers to move claims forward.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years of plaintiff-side pre-litigation experience, strong organization and communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple cases independently while delivering excellent

• Experience managing personal injury claims, medical records, and insurance communications.
• Familiarity with settlement demands and pre-litigation case preparation.

Responsibilities

• Manage personal injury pre-litigation cases from initial intake through settlement preparation.
• Serve as a key point of contact for clients, providing updates and helping them navigate the claims process.
• Request, collect, review, and organize medical records, medical bills, accident reports, and other important case documentation.
• Communicate with insurance adjusters, medical providers, and other parties to keep claims progressing.
• Prepare settlement demand packages, correspondence, and supporting documentation for attorney review.
• Track medical treatment, case deadlines, insurance claims, and settlement progress.
• Collaborate with attorneys and the legal team to build strong cases and achieve positive outcomes for clients.

Note
